With all instructors having extensive real life experience in pre-hospital care as ambulance officers, they make first-aid training fun, real and true to life.

Vital First Aid is a Recognised Training Organisation and delivers the new standard for first aid training: Senior First Aid (HLTFA301C Apply First Aid). This is the only WorkCover recognised course for Senior First Aid. At a cost of just $105 per person it is extremely competitively priced whilst maintaining the highest standards of training. This fee covers everything you require: first aid book, workbook, bandages used on the day and the certificate. Our course is also covered by most major health funds.  If you require the workbook to be sent urgently we can send it by express post for a fee of $7.

Other Nationally Recognised courses include CPR, Occupational First Aid, Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation. Customised courses in spinal care, defibrillation etc can also be organised.
